This casting is a 2000-2002 Subaru Impreza WRX "Bugeye" with 'Tooned proportions. This casting was planned for the 2004 Rally Hot Tunerz line which was cancelled before reaching production. A larger version was also planned for the also cancelled Rally Group X line. The regular 1/50 scale version was probably replaced by the "Blobeye" Subaru Impreza WRX casting in the regular Hot Tunerz line.
