I leave this to someone more familiar with the system to add, but there is a Hot Wheels Flying Fox playset that came with an exclusive Batman Character Car and I don't see it mentioned on this list. You can Google "hot wheels flying fox playset" for plenty of pictures, including those with text confirming an exclusive character car.
