Also known as the Ford Taurus Stocker (Basic)(2000) this is the Basic version matched with the 2000 Taurus Stocker casting. Basic versions of a casting are lighter, cheaper, and more track friendly than their Premium counterparts.

The casting bares a similar look to the Ford Taurus Stocker (Basic) (1998) but when compared there are multiple casting differences. Unlike the 2000 Taurus Stocker vs 2004 Taurus Stocker where the difference is a slight change in the front bumper (thus a simple retool), the Ford Taurus Stocker (Basic) (1998) is a different casting.
