This is an Unproduced Prototype meant to appear in the 1998 Pro Racing as part of an Unreleased "Top Fuel" series. The name is not official but is based on the fact that this prototype was suppose to become Eddie Hill's vehicle, who drove a Top Fuel Dragster. Casting is made by China. Also Note the Trading Card is for Mark Pawuk, who drove a Pontiac Grand Prix Dragster, which Hot Wheels would've probably used the Firebird Funny Car casting.
It is currently unknown how many drag racers where planned for this series. Perhaps all variants would've used the Top Fuel Dragster casting. But it is known that there was an unreleased 1998 Pro Racing "Funny Car" series that used an unreleased Firebird Funny Car.
Perhaps this Top Fuel Dragster was saved for the 100% series as the A/Fuel Dragster casting?
