The Track Hammer is a Hot Wheels original model. It is another model with a function: it has a movable front splitter. It is designed to look like a two-seat open-wheeled race car with open sides.
As an interesting side fact, the top metal piece bears the shape of a traditional mouse cursor, best seen when viewed from above. Whether this was intentional or not is unknown.
