This is a Hot Wheel with a mysterious background. Not even the current owner Bruce Pascal knows much about it. There is no markings on the prototype or idea of how it functions. If it was part of an Unreleased series or something else. If this is the whole car, or the base peice of the vehicle. It will remain a mystery until more comes out about it.
Found on Bruce Pascal's Hot Wheels Museum site, it is numbers 196 and labeled "Redline Prototype Plastic Unkown w/Redlines"
What can be guessed is based on it's Redline wheels we can tell this car came out in 1973- 1977.
