That section is getting too long

I placed the ones I could find. Some weren't really better than what was there. If you have any questions, hit me up. I can give you a rundwon of what I did if you need to me too tomorrow. Thanks yous and you're welcomes all around - again. Mach 5 (talk) 23:57, February 16, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks It was getting hard to find the place to write. Thanks for all the work adding those for me again! Nice to see Brachs got its own page too now. Some cars I couldnt find so those could have already had good pictures. If that is the case and my pictures isnt as good of quality you don't have to upload it under the gallory if it wont provide any benifit for the viewers. I see you couldnt find the 68 chevy El camino either. That one was really fusterating me I figured that would be an easy one to find on here. Also the 2011 General Mills Promo was a set of four cars you can see the four here with out decals applied. https://www.ebay.com/i/173759670746?chn=ps
The elky was the alternate tooling of the '69, from 2011 Muscle Mania, better image was there. The General Mills car looks like a cheaper version (IE most McDonald's versions are) of the Fast Fish. Do you have any more info on it? Mach 5 (talk) 00:28, February 17, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks. I could not find that car anywhere, It was driving me crazy. The General Mills promos were slightly cheaper and came with decals like Mcdonalds car and in the 1/64 scale. They were pull backs. This article here has A LOT insightful information. http://onecrazycookie.blogspot.com/2011/02/start-your-engines-with-big-g-in.html McDonaldsHWs (talk) 00:44, February 17, 2019 (UTC)

The ambulance was from a 98 playset. The beetle Volkswagen Beetle Convertible, is 07 Mystery Model. I can't find anything on the Porsche. Is it a P-911 or Porsche 911 Carrera? Mach 5 (talk) 20:06, February 17, 2019 (UTC)
The Jeep CJ-7 looks well represented here. That blue car with wheels has me stumped, where it came from, and where it would go here. Madd Propz was from Heat Fleet in 09. Mach 5 (talk) 20:15, February 17, 2019 (UTC)

I Got a head start on trying to add the 4 general mills promos cars from 2011 but needs a little work yet. Here is another link talking about these General Mills Promos https://www.mediapost.com/publications/article/144135/mattel-general-mills-fuel-hot-wheels-fantasy.html

The Porsche could be the Carrera? They look very similar so i cant tell But i know this version is from the mid 1980s as I remeber aquired it from my friend in the late 1980s . http://www.brian-anna.com/hot-wheels-1988-color-racers-porsche-p-911-blackwall-wheels-malaysia-base-loose-1842/ The Porsche is a bit more on the greenish silver side the picture it looks more silver So i think this is the one here. I can take a picture of the of the bottom of the blue Hot wheel. I don't know if that will help but it says 1985 and there is a really big symbol of the Hot Wheel logo on the bottom which i don't believe was common at the time as it was usually written out as HOT WHEELS. I don't believe that it is a reused mode so I am gussing it came out in 1985/86ish. The Jeep cj-7 is weel represented I couldn't tell if mine had a broken windshield or if it was another varient. Could you tell in the picture. Thanks for the input McDonaldsHWs (talk) 23:01, February 17, 2019 (UTC)

If the porsche is from the 80's, it's more likely the P-911 because the other one wasn't acquired from Corgi till later. Not sure if a picture of the base of the blue one will help. The jeep is probably just broken. Mach 5 (talk) 18:05, February 20, 2019 (UTC)

Yep figured it out. it is  "1988 Color Racer  Porsche P-911" but i wish i could find out more info on the 1985 blue car. It is a mystery must be a really rare piece. I have more upload of missing pictures or upgrade pictures coming in a few minuste! Thanks again for adding more pictures. The only question i have is on 2016 X-Raycers with black tires. Shouldn't that get its own catagory insted of just in the gallory? ANy imput is appreciated! McDonaldsHWs (talk) 21:02, February 20, 2019 (UTC)

You were right about the Clear Speeder, other places show it as a playset car. I haven't figured out which mustang that is. The red? car is well represented on the Chrysler 300C Hemi page - 2016 Nightburnerz. Mach 5 (talk) 23:09, February 20, 2019 (UTC)

Thank you thank you thank you so much for helping me with all of these updated I really appreciate your help! On 2010 ford mustang gt maroon stripe i missed filling that one out. I was wondering if the marron stripe was  another new varient? Do you know anything about  orangeCamaro Z-28 orange Thanks McDonaldsHWs (talk) 23:17, February 20, 2019 (UTC)

Until I figure out for sure, I put the camaro in the gallery - it looks like 95/96 #449. The camaro I found as a 2014 Multipack. Mach 5 (talk) 23:52, February 20, 2019 (UTC)
Coupe was the 3-Window '34 from 01 playset. Mach 5 (talk) 00:06, February 21, 2019 (UTC)
That X-V Racer was from 99, but I haven't seen XV racers here. I had a bunch and used XV central for my collecting needs. Mach 5 (talk) 00:39, February 21, 2019 (UTC)
The Mercedes SLK looks like 1025 from 99, better shots already there. Mach 5 (talk) 01:09, February 21, 2019 (UTC)
When you uploaded the yellow shelby GTR, you overwrote a preexisting file by the same name so I reverted it, you'll need to reload it with a different name. Mach 5 (talk) 01:14, February 21, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for helping me putting the pictures in their proper spots. Your right about the Mercedes SLK I was looking in the wrong catagory of a very similar car.I think your right on the orange camaro Z-28 from 1995/96 When i glansed through the pictures I assumed it was yellow but looking back now it does indicate it is bight orange like this one.  Let me know when you find out when the color change camaro Z-28 came out and in its spot. Thanks for letting me know about the X-V Racers. surprised to see they weren't on here. Those cars went fast!!!! Thanks McDonaldsHWs (talk) 05:59, February 21, 2019 (UTC)

There's not a lot of detailed information on which color racers came out when. The Color Changers page needs work, so I'm thinking to just put them in the gallery for now. On your new stuff, the corn flakes # 5 is a Pull 'n go car, looks well represented. What's the country on the Mustang Cobra? The purple car is the T-Bucket. Mach 5 (talk) 17:12, February 21, 2019 (UTC)

Didn't See that there was a special catagory for the Pull n go cars. I only looked on the Kelloggs page thanks for that in for. The Mustang Cobra is from Melaysia. I see the Color Shifter page does need some updating. Thanks for all the help againMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 19:37, February 21, 2019 (UTC)

Thank you again for making moving the pictures for me again. Wondering if you had any more info on the wheel variations from the Pontiac Fiero and tMazda MX-5 and  the mustang? Also do you know what series that Fangore is from? ALso I have 20 haulers from 1999-2002ish opened in nice shape but couldnt find any articles on them? Would you be interested in those pictures. I would have no problem taking them if there was an article created about them. Thanks Bear with me I am getting to the end of my collecting to help upgrade this site. Almost done posting so many pictures. Thank you so much for helping thus far getting these pictures to the right areas  McDonaldsHWs (talk) 19:19, February 22, 2019 (UTC)

Wow! You've been uploading some challenging images. Fiero was one, placed. The Miata I think is just an error. I put the cobra in the gallery, there was one in the table. The Fangore was a Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5 release.Mach 5 (talk) 17:44, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading a few more pictures. I relooked at the Fangore and it looks dfferent then the version on the battle Force 5 page. Maybe mine is missing parts? Guess I really am challenging you this time around! Hope you don;t mind a challange. looks like many more challangeing ones to go yet. You have far more knowlage then I have on Hot Wheels thats for sure! McDonaldsHWs (talk) 19:17, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

I must confess, I don't have THAT much knowledge. I just know where to look stuff up. There are 2 websites I primarily use to identify cars and confirm releases. South Texas Diecast Collectors and HW Collector News. The Fangore could be from the first round or like you said, just missing pieces. The BF5 is another series page that needs work. The 2010 releases are missing. The Fused series was not the first. That yellow ship is a real stumper. And the Ralph's Food 4 Less looks like it could be the Hot Wheels 500? The blue car was the Speed Blaster from Blue Streak Series. Mach 5 (talk) 19:47, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

Never seen those website before. I am pretty new to the internet. but will check those out for sure! Thanks for helping me with some of those unknown cars. I seen that yelow ship before too but now cant find it. Thanks for adding the 36 Coupe. I cant tell if it is purple or magenta? To close to tell unless i had one of each. I took a good look and the food 4 less is NOT the Hot Wheels 500 but does look very similar! Not to many more cars to upload that i posted pictures too. Thanks for posting them. Hard to believe the SpyHunter 2 pack was missing on this site. Thank you McDonaldsHWs (talk) 21:04, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

Others I use are Hall's Guide, HW Brasil and Online Redline Guide. I saw when you edited the P-911 you used the Visual editor. If you go to your preferences, choose the Editing Tab, set your preferred editor to source mode, you might find it easier to add the pictures you can figure out on your own. Not sure what you are referencing - SpyHunter 2 pack? Mach 5 (talk) 22:27, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks I will check those out too. I will have to slowly get familiar with the editing process so i dont have to depend on you for everything which i appreciate you helping out Very much! I seen that edit didnt go as plan and was getting a little fusterated trying to upload the picture. That yellow ship Warner 93 Malaysia Another car I posted yesterday said warner too but had Hot Wheel symbol on it. Do you know anything about Warner? I added a bunch of pictures late last night. I would think you should be able to see them? I added the pictures along with other pictures. https://hotwheels.fandom.com/wiki/File:Saleen_S7_Spy_Hunter_2_2-pack.jpg Did you see the bang bamm Boom VW bug from 1997 that I had a question  if it was a varient? McDonaldsHWs (talk) 22:40, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

I didn't get a chance to get to all your photos yesterday. I got a few more done. Can't recall Warner partnering with HW, and couldn't find any info. Wasn't sure about the Biff Bamm Boom bug being a variation so I put it in the gallery. Mach 5 (talk) 16:34, February 24, 2019 (UTC)
I appreciate any help you are willing to give me. Dont matter if it takes a few hours or a few days to get them up. I posted a lot of pictures this week. Thank you very much. Few more to yet to go. The ship says Warner on it and another car that I posted a picture of Has Warner and Hot Wheels on it. https://hotwheels.fandom.com/wiki/File:Unknown_blue_car_made_in_china.jpg I tryed looking it up to but no information to be found. Hard to say if that VW bug is a varient or if it is an error. Missing a Hot Wheels on the pasenger side and the front hood is a different color. Thanks for all the help again McDonaldsHWs (talk) 16:44, February 24, 2019 (UTC)
No worries. I got some more done. Some had no detail, some were missing from the tables. If you could go back, having the car in hand, and fill in the window, base etc info that would be great. Haven't found anything on that blue car. Looking now... Mach 5 (talk) 17:02, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

Hey great thank you very much! I really put alot on you at one time. And some tough ones yet to go.  I know how to do that much atleast. I will work on those edits this week! I want and will try to add as much information to this website as possible. Is the Shadow Jet yellow engine picture i posted from a multipack? I can only find info on the silver engine version.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 17:13, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

Latest Conversation

I doubledd checked and that blue car is NOT Warner. But does not say matel but has the big hot wheel symbol on the bottom and on the rear window

I'm having no luck on that blue one. I've scanned all yearly mainline lists from 96 - 06. (lace wheel intro'd in 96) Closest looking car I saw was the Mercedes 380 SEL - not! What markings are on the base? Why did you remove the sprint Intrepid from the General Mills page? I think it might be time to start a section on the Community Forum page to see if anyone else recognizes those I haven't been able to help you with. Mach 5 (talk) 18:54, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

Hmm that is so weird there is no info on this car anywhere I know it is at the VERY VERY newest 2001 so id say we have a range of 1996-2001 that it would have been released but thinking more 1996-1999.  All it says underneith is Made in China and the hotwheel logo. the only tampo on the car is a small hot wheel logo on the rear window on the bottom right corner in white. Yeah i think you are right about that We need to get the WHOLE communitys help on these last of these stubern ones we cant find. I did figure out that one blue car from 1985 that had gears when you pushed it back and forth. X-V racer called the Hyper Twister. I cant find any info of X-V Racers on this page?  The reason I deleted the Sprint car is from my knolage it was only a set of 10 cars not 11. but i may be wrong on that. I actually think that spot was supose to be where the Cheerios but someone had the wrong picture there of the Sprint car. If i am wrong you can revert the edit. I would hate to give out the wrong info.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 19:43, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

You were right about the sprint intrepid, it was from the pro racing line. One of these days I will dig out my X-V Racers and start a page like the Sizzlers. Mach 5 (talk) 20:33, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

That would be awesome to get an X-V racer page. Oh by the way did you know anything about the Shadow Jet yellow engine? I uploaded a picture of all my NASCAR cars that are Hot Wheels. I was trying to Id and find if this site needed any of the photographs of them but it was to hard for me beacuase to me these cars look alike but yet they are considered different modals. so this site need any pictures of these cars I would be more then happy to upload the pictures if you need any better views of the cars to help ID them I would be happy to do that too. It was just to hard to do my NASCAR hot wheels MOST are from late 1990s very early 2000s. let me know. McDonaldsHWs (talk) 21:51, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

I've not figured out the Shadow Jet. I saw all those NASCAR cars. They're likely from the Pro Racing lines, Basic (card shaped like number 1), Pit Crew, Test Track, Trading Paint, Short Track, Super SPeedway, Boxed editions and way more than what we have covered here. I've never seen a comprehensive list of everything that came out. I think I stopped paying attention to those in 2000. If you want to shoot em all, I'll do what I can to get them on their pages. I'm not sure if all models have their own casting pages. You keep talking like you're not a part of this wiki... things like, if this site needs, asking me if I want you to do this that or the other. You are now a part of this wiki, if you want to add missing cars, toys or any other Hot Wheels info, you can decide. You don't need mine or anyone else's permission. There is no real organized, what WE want. It changes over time with who gets involved. Active editors here are always changing. There's dozens of users that were active in the past that haven't been around in years. So stop talking like you are not part of the we. If you think this wiki needs better pics, or pics of unrepresented cars, you decide. And when you can't figure out where to put the info or pics, ask someone. Mach 5 (talk) 23:03, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

I feel a part of the wiki 100% I just wish I was and would learn a little faster on making these edits and stuff. This is a great site  and i want to do anything to contribute to that! I will take pictures of those NASCAR cars and get them up this week..I like to help in any way i possibly can. Also have about 30 haulers from 1998 ish to 2001 I already toke pictures of and will post on here later this week just have to crop those pictures yet. Hope there are uses for them here :)McDonaldsHWs (talk) 04:45, February 25, 2019 (UTC)

Awesome! Here's the page for Hot Wheels Haulers when you do. Mach 5 (talk) 14:58, February 25, 2019 (UTC)

Wow the Hauler page needs some MAJOR updating. atleast we have a page for them. I should be able to fill in quite a few whole with the 29 I have. I am not sure what years mine are all from but i guess some must be from 1997 because i have some that do have pictures. Uploaded my Nascar photos just now. I will get to uploading the hauler pictures tomorrow.

I got a few done, not positive I got them right. here's what I haven't gotten to yet.

Pretty sure these go to together, I saw them on ebay, but where I don't know, cause the packages I saw were Pit Crew.

Minis - Not sure what to do with these right now.

Wow you got a lot posted. Thanks for doing those. It was just too hard to id all of those because they look so much a like. But i do know that most of them should be between 1998-2001 maybe a few in 2002-2003 the only one i am not certian about it the one you put in the year 2005. I dont recall buing any NASCAR in 2005 but I very well could have boughten 1. You are right I am fairly certain those two go together. it does say square D on the trailer as well. I think the K Mart tool box could be from 2000? Have you ever heard of thoes "Mini" hot wheel nascars before? were they a promo? for some reason i want to say they are. They are about 2/3 the length of a normal Hot wheel but just as wide.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 23:10, February 25, 2019 (UTC)

I remember seeing the minis, like the mini Monster Jams - but that's it. Never bought any. Do you have any of the packaging still? I'll double check what I put on the 2005 page. Mach 5 (talk) 23:41, February 25, 2019 (UTC)

I wish I saved the packageing but i did not. for what ever reason I was thinking those minis were from a battery promo but could be long that was too long to remember. I know those minis are cheaper in quality. All those Nascars were kind of a blure. I didnt buy too many as they got repetative to me in a short time.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 03:53, February 26, 2019 (UTC)

Haulers

I think I got em all on the page, but I couldn't figure out all the years of issue. Fill in what you can? Hot Wheels Haulers Mach 5 (talk) 15:41, February 27, 2019 (UTC)

Thank you very much! I will look and see to do what I can to update the info on there and see if I can move some pictures around if i figure out the ones that dont have years on them. Thank you so very much again! McDonaldsHWs (talk) 16:13, February 27, 2019 (UTC)

After hours of research i finally figured out what that yellow ship is. It is the Gm Lean Machine https://hotwheels.fandom.com/wiki/GM_Lean_Machine Glad i finally got that one figured out. few more cars and variations to figure out yet. After research the indycar we cant id Ralph 21 i believe goes on the same page where you have posted other indycars i recently uploaded to the Reynard 97L page there is a spot for it just missing the picture. Cant id that last hotwheel car tho that says Warner or other varitions iposted but dont have a spot yet. I stated editing some cars by adding info to them now. Also uplaoded a few color shifter cars and a few more color shifters to come tomorrow. Also forgot to uplaod a picture of my hauler collecting. Thanks McDonaldsHWs (talk) 00:12, February 28, 2019 (UTC)

I got the GM Lean Machine, it was missing it's canopy so I put it in the gallery. I didn't think the Ralph looked like the Reynard, in the pictures - you sure? I got the Torque Twister and Viper, but couldn't figure out when the Haamer Down came out so I put it in the gallery. Mach 5 (talk) 16:25, February 28, 2019 (UTC)

I am pretty sure that it is. I looked at the first pcture of the LCI 31 and that is the same mold. the year stamp on the bottom of the indycar is 1997. I think it goes there or the LCI 31 is wrong? I looked at my Hammer down and notice it changed colors again to a purple at room temp now so I am thinking the Hammer down is from 2010 but has paint chips on it which is is not letting the color change happen in those spots. Althought it could be another variation that came out in 2010. i will send you  a picture of Hammer down in room temp. I figured out the Color shifter Camaro Z28 is from 2014 which already has pictures in the color shifter catagory but is missing from the Camaro Z28 page. I tried making some edits for it. McDonaldsHWs (talk) 16:43, February 28, 2019 (UTC)

I'm stumped on that porsche GT3 cup. Think I got em all. These are the differences I see. Media:Ralphsreynard.jpg. Mach 5 (talk) 22:24, March 2, 2019 (UTC)

Man I am stumped on that Porsche GT3 cup also. I will keep doing research on that one to see what i can come up with. I was compairing the Ralph 21 to the LCI and on the same page and those look to be the same. You should compaire it to that one. Also i put made spot for the Color shifter Camaro Z28 from 2014 but wasnt able to post the pictures you might need to reword a thing or two that I wrote there. Could you help me with those? Thanks for the uploading the rest of those picures form me!

Z-28 is fixed. I'll look over the rest of the reynard's. It sounds like there might be multiple different cars on that page? I looked for the POwer rage and see that the same car may have been released in 2 differen packages and years. WHats the base code on the one you shot. That might pinpoint which one you have. Mach 5 (talk) 15:46, March 3, 2019 (UTC)

Yes there are then multiple cars listed on the reynards page. Those Indy cars all look very cloes. The 911 gt3 rs says Made in Thailand J51.  The Power Rage is Thailand F39 Hope that helps. McDonaldsHWs (talk) 20:21, March 3, 2019 (UTC)

That F39 means it was made in 2013, 39th week, so too late for the 2011. I fixed the color shifter page and power rage. On the color shifter, you needed to it to look like this [[File:nameofpic.jpg|75px]], 75 is what we use on casting pages and some series pages use 100. Still haven't had time to figure out the porsche or ralph's. Mach 5 (talk) 00:11, March 4, 2019 (UTC)
and I moved the pro racing cars to the top pro racing page, maybe others can determine years and releases. Mach 5 (talk) 00:19, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

Cool Thank you very much i know the stamp means when it was made but never figures out how to determin what month and year yet! thats is neat that matel dose that. Thanks for moving the pro racing cars there that should help them get into their proper catagorys! I uploaded some of the General Mills 2011 promo pictures and updated some info to the General mills page. also uploaded three more cars I know what cars they are but seem to be missing from this data base! ThanksMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 05:56, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

There's a list of Base Codes up to last year. I saw what you did on the General MIlls page - I don't think you needed to add all those columns, especially the series column. That's usually for casting pages. Having a series column on a series page would be like having a casting column on the casting page. Mach 5 (talk) 15:56, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the updates again! I understand I did give those a lot of extra info on the General Mills page. Tomorrow I will be adding upgraded images of  mostly 2017, 2018 and some 2019 Hot Wheels that are otherwise MOC and hard to see the details in the preexisting images. with a mix of some older years. McDonaldsHWs (talk) 17:47, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

Got em all except Media:2001_Flashfire_silver.jpg. You should relaod that image with the proper name and mark the old one for deletion. It's a shadow Jet. Mach 5 (talk) 20:01, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

Newest additions

Opps i knew that looking at the wrong car. I still havent figured out the green shadow jet with yellow motor yet? I finished uploading the pictures for upgrading! Thank you very much! McDonaldsHWs (talk) 20:21, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

Got another miss named one - Media:2006_Radio_Flyer_red.jpg - Killer Copter / Skyfire. Mach 5 (talk) 23:04, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know I just reuploaded it with the correct name. Guess i uploaded to manny at one time! ThanksMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 23:12, March 4, 2019 (UTC)

I don't know what March 5 means to you but Happy March 5! Thank you so far for all the edits! McDonaldsHWs (talk) 15:57, March 5, 2019 (UTC)

Mach 5 to me is Speed Racer's car. Oh wait - March 5 - Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!!! Mach 5 (talk) 23:45, March 5, 2019 (UTC)

Wait has it always been Mach 5 but i have been looking at it wrong the whole time as March 5? hahaMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 00:23, March 6, 2019 (UTC)

I was looking at the color shifters i posted last week the Scorpedo that you didnt post with the tail and hotwheel symbol is C18 so from 2010 i noticed the one that you posted has c17 noted so they must have been manufactured very closely together. not sure if that helps at all. and also the hammer Down color shifters that were not posted on the page the orange yellow one says C33 and the blue white one is C21 the one i suspect may be chipped? so from my understanding all from 2010. Does that help you make it easier to place them? Also looking at the color change Invader that says HW-CB Squadron with a black star is C01. that one only has two color change abilitys the rest I mentioned above from 2010 has three McDonaldsHWs (talk) 17:43, March 6, 2019 (UTC)

Yes, always been Mach 5. I see someone else put your RD-01 in the gallery - I moved it up. I have a question on the quicksand you uploaded - I don't see anyone else reporting it as a variation, considering a few of the cars you uploaded were worn, is it possible the white got rubbed off? The invader was done by someone else too, I'll check it out. I put the hammer down an scorpedo in the galleries. Mach 5 (talk) 16:12, March 12, 2019 (UTC)

Thank you so much for the help again! I thought about the quicksand posibly having the white rim worn off but there is not even a little flake to be seen on any of the four wheels and otherwise this vehicle is in perfect shape I will see if i can find any info on that one, Cant believe I have been reading your name wrong for the past 3-4 months and never notice the E missing. Also did you have any info on the 4 small cars i posted earlier pictures of especially the orange 3 window coupe. Also I cant find any info on the brown VW bug that has a pop up camera on the top.

I meant to mention those mini/micros. I remember seeing and having a few of those. If memory serves me well, they came out in the early 2000's alongside the regular size. I've never seen a good list of what came out, nor I have seen any represented here. Not sure what to do with them. Maybe just put them in the gallery for now. And that brown bug is another one I've never seen or heard mentioned anywhere. Mach 5 (talk) 20:38, March 12, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks yeah the red and police car are from the early 2000's and feelmore plastic/cheaper maybe a gallery is good for now since there really isnt anything on the here about them.  but the orange one must be from somewhere eles. That one is just slightly bigger and is made of the same quality as the 1/64 scale hot wheels. and even has a year stamp of 1979. Is the coupe modeled after another hotwheels that is in 1/64 scale? That VW bug i can not find any info about. There is a date stamp on the bottom 1989. Could it be made for a movie or something that it would include an oversized pop up camera?McDonaldsHWs (talk) 20:47, March 12, 2019 (UTC)

Now that you mention it - I vaguely remember the older mini's being mentioned when the newer ones started showing up. Hot Wheels Planet Micro? or something like that. I think they were in the same time frame as the Galoob MicroMachines. I would take all these questionable issues to the community page if I were you. Mach 5 (talk) 21:03, March 12, 2019 (UTC)

That is a good point I will see if i can post something on that page but may need help posting pictures. The main thing I am curious about is that VW bug with the addition of the camera. That one has been driving me crazy the past week or so. Also added two new pictures. Thanks McDonaldsHWs (talk) 21:13, March 12, 2019 (UTC)

I am reluctant to put wheel variations that I can't conifirm in the table so I put the swamp buggy and quicksand in the galleries. The Taurus Stocker casting page needs lots of work, so I put it on the 2001 Pro Racing page for now. Maybe one day I'll gather up all the ones we have so far on the casting page - there's just so many missing. Wish I could help on the pop up bug. Are you a member at Hotwheelscollectors.com? Maybe start a post over there for the things we can't figure out. Mach 5 (talk) 15:04, March 13, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the updates. That is true Im not convinced if they  are wheel variations or not. I was looking but not able to confirm it yet.  No i am not a member of that page. Is that more of a forum? I will have to check that page out. thanksMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 15:20, March 13, 2019 (UTC)

Shows i need to sign in to contribute but I am already signed in. When i hit sign it it just takes me to my main account. I wish i wasnt so bad at all this stuff.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 15:32, March 13, 2019 (UTC)

Uploaded some more pictures for updating. also i added a brownish Torque Twister a week ago from a track builder set. I dont know if you seen that picture or not. Thanks McDonaldsHWs (talk) 02:03, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

I did see the Torque Twister, and I meant to ask you about that. Newsletter lists it as multipack only. I though I was looking for a 5-Pack. Seems there hasn't been a page created for Track Builder System yet. Do you have any shots of whole playsets? Mach 5 (talk) 15:20, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
That Ford Stake Bed Truck you uploaded?! It's supposed to be red!? Mach 5 (talk) 15:32, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
The Terrain Storm looks like the same one in the table - I don't see a different wheel. Mach 5 (talk) 15:42, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
And I'm stumped on the yellow shelby. Mach 5 (talk) 15:56, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

The Ford Stake bed truck i uplaoded is not in the greatest shape that is for sure, but it looks to be a Maroon color with pink paint tampo. It don't look to be sun faded or anything. Sun fade would make it lighter too. It wouldn't change it to a red to Maroon and it is for sure not painted by someone. Not sure what version this one would be. wish it still had its basket. that would make it a little easer to ID.  The first Terrain Storm i posted has the same wheels as the one on the table but with a silver rim instead of gold. unfortunitly the one i have has a little rubbed away which may be making mine look more like silver. Hmm I willl see if i can find anything on the Yellow  ShelbyMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 20:57, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

I was meaning to ask you  File:1988 Ferrari Testarossa tampo varient  did you think those cars were a varient? the tampo is in a slightly different spot and looks slightly different and then on the bottom of the car the Hot wheels symbol was bigger on one of them. Found the Yellow Shelby it is from 2015 5 pack called flash fire. http://hwcollectorsnews.com/2015-5-packs/flashfire-5-pack  McDonaldsHWs (talk) 04:43, March 15, 2019 (UTC)

I forgot about the Ferrari. I didn't figure it out and then I put it on the back burner. That shelby looks well represented in the table and gallery already. SAme thing on the orange Torino. What's the base code on the what-4-2?

The base code on the What 4 2 is J15. Sorry to ask yet another identical question, but do you think the Sweet 16 is a factory error or a varient? The reason i posted the Orange Torino because there was writing over it, thought it might of been a copywrite thing. Also I couldnt find anything on the Yellow Shelby before so how is it represented or where we looking in the wrong catagory?McDonaldsHWs (talk) 04:27, March 16, 2019 (UTC)

The sweet 16 looks like a bonafide variation, those kinds of differences can't be faked, if you shoot em separately, we can put em both in the table. That torino had the users name that uploaded it as a watermark, an acceptable practice here I believe. The shelby '10 Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake. Mach 5 (talk) 15:03, March 16, 2019 (UTC)
Those Farraris look more like minor production variations, not like the sweet 16. Mach 5 (talk) 15:19, March 16, 2019 (UTC)

New updates

Yeah i think I would have to agree on you there The Sweet 16 is a variation and the Farraris are a very minor production run. I uploaded single pictures of the Sweet 16s i toke pictures of both angles to make it more clear on the variation of the slight difference on the red/marron and the the langth of the Tampos also uploaded picture of the the Bank Roller version 2 and its car that isn't on the site yet. McDonaldsHWs (talk) 15:42, March 16, 2019 (UTC)

The Bank Roller was on the Super Rigs page already. Mach 5 (talk) 16:08, March 16, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the updates again. Also uploaded one more from the super rig catagory that came with the GovNer 2018McDonaldsHWs (talk) 16:20, March 16, 2019 (UTC)!

Good try on the Bank Roller page - but see the changes I made behind you. That loose blue hauler, #7, you have any idea which one it came from? Mach 5 (talk) 22:06, March 18, 2019 (UTC)

I am learning a little bit each day. Yes it came with Track T i forgot to upload that picture from 2010. Also uplaod a few other pictures as well.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 04:50, March 20, 2019 (UTC)

Sorry about adding so many pictures at one time. I really got in the grove of going through my collection and seeing what is missing or needs upgrading. A couple pictures are things I couldn't ID but tried to discribe as much as posilbe to see if you know what it is. Althoguh two i couldnt ID that i labled as 1994 and swivel are from 1995 HW top speed road vac which i couldnt find the cars here. Also made my first page for 1989 new castings. I am not sure if that was the right thing to do but the 1989 page is not orginized. Maybe i should of added the list on that page instead of making a new page. I want to keep things uniformed how the site is already set up. Thank goodness for copy and past otherwise there would be no pictures on that page. ThanksMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 04:08, March 22, 2019 (UTC)

Sorry I haven't been able to get any work done lately. Looks like a few other users have started helping out. User:Raptor59 figured out Media:Unknown_HW_bug_swivels_in_middle_Date_Stamp_1994_hook_on_clip_on_bottom_to_stop_swivel.jpg was from Top Speed. Maybe those other ones are the from that series also? If so, put em in a gallery on the page if you can't figre out which is which. The new castings for 1989, if accurate was pretty good work, but you're still using the visual editor which seems to have added a link to the coding for every picture, unneccessary and done here. see the changes I made behind you. The car you named Track T with hauler, was the Tire Fryer, with a better picture of the car. I'll see what else I can get to today. Mach 5 (talk) 17:10, March 24, 2019 (UTC)
This one Media:2015_Camaro_Z28.jpg is already on the Blown Camaro page, 2013 Muscle Mania 5 pack. I have no clue what to do with these yet. Media:Unknown_2014_date_stamp_NO_base_code.jpg
Media:Twin_Mill_1_bigger_wheel_in_back?.jpg
Media:Iron_Man_Moto_Track.jpg
Media:Thunder_Cycle_Caffiend_red_yellow.jpg Mach 5 (talk) 18:03, March 24, 2019 (UTC)

Media:Twin_Mill_1_bigger_wheel_in_back?.jpg i was looking at my car and there is a BC J23A and the toy code of CBM12 with a year date of 2015 on it. Iron Man motercyle has a BC of H20Hope that helps. I have no idea what theat red black and white hotwheel is with a year stamp 2014 with no base code BC. Is it really a Blown Camaro? Isn't the model of a Z28? is that on the worng page? No worries if you don't get to it all today. I apreciate all of your help very much! Sorry to slam the site with so many pictures at one time on here because i dont want anything to get rushed and missed or get sloppy. McDonaldsHWs (talk) 18:29, March 24, 2019 (UTC)

Still can't figure those out, even with the codes. I know little about the thunder cycles and moto cycles except they made lots. The Camaro Z-28 doesn't have side-view mirrors. So yes, that's the blown. The Firebird Funny Car (1982) looks like it has a better image there already. Same on the Pontiac Banshee. Mach 5 (talk) 21:52, March 24, 2019 (UTC)
That Spider-Man car - I don't see any evidence it was issued in maroon. In your picture the canopy looks like it might have been painted over? Your Technetium was handled by Jack. That Enzo - never heard of it being reported with that wheel, so I'm hesistant to move it out of the gallery where User:IgorThunderMaster put it. Could that Stingray be from 88? Does it have the slots on the base for the trophy? Mach 5 (talk) 22:17, March 24, 2019 (UTC)
That Batmobile - are the wheels all black? If so, another unreported wheel variation. Put it in the gallery. I'm gonna try and get back on later... Mach 5 (talk) 22:30, March 24, 2019 (UTC)
2 More I haven't figured out: Media:Unknown_HW_bug_swivels_in_middle_Date_Stamp_1994.jpg Media:Dragster_white_from_Drag_Strip_Duel_play_set.jpg Mach 5 (talk) 01:35, March 25, 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for everything you have done so far today! WOW you got through a lot. Looking at the spider man i think it may just be paint wear but will relook tonight. the Enzo I found in a 50 cent bin at a thrift store so i wouldn't think it is modified by a collector to try to make an extra buck for a rare variant but i guess you just never know.  It looks like the Stingray does have an area on the bottom of the car where it could be clipped to the trophy so I believe you are right. Those first few are gonna be super tough to ID. Maybe that Spider Man car was painted over I will look to see if it infact is. I will see if i can get some help IDing those first few. ThanksMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 01:48, March 25, 2019 (UTC)

Are you sure the Firebird Funny Car (1982) is a repeat picture becasue the windshield is blue and the bird is ornage and not yellow like the preexisting picture.  The Yellow car is from the same set as the purple one i couldnt id earlier HW top speed road vac. And the white one is from the "Drag Strip Duel" track set that came with two dragsters. I am in the process of getting the other one. her is some pictures of the boxed set https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vintage-nos-1989-hot-wheels-drag-1725583101 My white dragster is missing the wings

I figured out the brown VW Bug i posted a few weeks ago. It is from i believe 1990 Color Changers  and was called Convertables "2 cars in 1". the new picture i just posted is with hot water. Also figured out the Orange Twin Mill with the big wheel in the back. It is from a set called Zip Rippers from 2016. Surprised something that new is missing from the wiki page here. glad i found it. Also that black white and red car we couldn not id is a Star Wars Rebel Charector car i believe from 2015. Looks like it is alreaady up on the site.

Sorry, but I've been having more and more difficulties getting any work done here lately. I'll see what I can get to today. You've loaded lots more challenging images. I can't find any other examples of that dragster - it may be a one hit wonder? I put the Bug on the color changer page and in the gallery on the bug because I'm not sure it belongs in the table, considering how different it is. Not sure how much I can get to today. But I'll see what I can do. Mach 5 (talk) 17:08, March 31, 2019 (UTC)

Hey no problem only do what you can get to. It suppose to be fun not work on the fourm so don't over do it. That is true with the bug it is quite a bit different it might not belong there.I was gald i finally figured that one out. at least the Dragster that i have pictured i know was recolored red and says Jolly Ranchers on it it may have came out with a very similar play set. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Very-Rare-Hot-Wheels-Drag-Strip-Duel-1989-Dragster-Goodyear-Jolly-Rancher/173558169260?hash=item2868df7eac:g:KRoAAOSwxuha5ysH  Those are both really neat dragsters in my opinion.  Thank you for all the help and work again.McDonaldsHWs (talk) 20:41, March 31, 2019 (UTC)

Hi, Just figured I would give you an update I have only about 250 more HW cars in my collection to go through and see if any of the are missing on any of these pages here or need upgraded photos. But my schedual is going to start getting really busy after this weekend so i don't know how fast i will be able to get thorugh with the final leg of my collection. hopfully not too long.but that will give us some much needed time to catch up with all the recent images i have uploaded in the past few weeks. I will still hopfully get on every day atleast to check my messages to see if anyone has any questions on the images i have uploaded here. Thank you for all of the help thus far, I truly appreciate it!McDonaldsHWs (talk) 15:10, April 6, 2019 (UTC)

Hi just another update i somehow managed to find some time to get through most of what i had left for my collection which wont come easy to find any more.. Just a couple to go yet. Although my collection is growing and will have new stuff once in a while to post as i did buy the 2019 Mcdonalds russian exclusives and also a Nestle Kit Kat prrmo keychain HW coming in the mail. Thank you for all the hard work you have done so far getting all these images up on here.  Hope i dont have to many pictures posted at one time where pictures will  get missed and then never uploaded. I want ths Wiki site to be the best and the first place for all HW collectors to go to look up their HW and to get new people out there into collecting because of this site! ThanksMcDonaldsHWs (talk) 17:47, April 13, 2019 (UTC)

Hi Mach 5, hoope all is well. Just wondering if you think you will ever have time to upload all the pictures I have uploaded in the past few months? There is no rush even if you are not able to get to it until say winter or something , but if you don't think you will EVER have time again to upload all of these photos please let me know. Then I will save time and money trying to hunt down Hot Wheels not need pictures or are missing from the wiki page and then taking pictures and then uploading all the pictures. I really appreciate all of your help over all this time making this the best website to look up hotwheels and keeping it as up to date as possilbe with everything on here. Thanks you McDonaldsHWs (talk) 19:30, May 27, 2019 (UTC)
