The "Winged Beast" is a random name given to this epoxy model from the Larry Wood collection. The name is based on interesting winged features. It looks like a mix of an early version of Evil Twin (a Larry Wood casting) and a Batman Forever Batmobile (which is a Batmobile that came out in 1995). Interestingly, unlike most epoxy models, this one has UH wheels molded into the model, placing this vehicle are early to mid 90s.
Though it is from the Larry Wood collection, Larry Wood himself could not recall the castings actual name or series it was meant for. His only comment on this vehicle was that it's strange that it was never produced. By the time an epoxy model is made, so much work has already gone into tooling, it makes no sense that the casting would be dropped.
